Consignment Policy & Terms

Twice Loved NJ is a curated women's consignment boutique located at The Shoppes at Lafayette. We select pre-owned clothing and accessories based on style, condition, seasonality, brand, and current inventory needs.

Consignment Appointments

Appointment Required: All consignments are accepted by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Hours: Appointments are available Wednesday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Item Limit: Due to limited shop space, consignors may bring a maximum of up to 10 items per appointment.

Acceptance: Item acceptance is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline items that do not align with our current inventory needs, condition standards, or seasonal demand. Consignment availability may vary throughout the year.

Item Preparation & Quality Standards

Items must be clean, freshly laundered or dry-cleaned, wrinkle-free, and on hangers or neatly folded.

Items must be free of stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet odors), piling, holes, broken zippers, or missing buttons.

Pricing, Commission & Term

Pricing: Twice Loved NJ retains sole discretion over item pricing, promotional discounts, and markdown schedules.

Consignment Period: Items are displayed for a designated period (typically 60 to 90 days).

Payouts: Consignors receive [insert percentage, e.g., 50%] of the final selling price. Payouts are issued via [check / store credit / direct transfer] according to our regular payout schedule.

Unsold Items & Liability

Consignors are responsible for retrieving unsold items at the end of their consignment period within [insert days, e.g., 7 days] of notice.

Items not retrieved within the designated window become property of Twice Loved NJ and may be donated to our community partner initiative, Threads of Hope, or otherwise re-purposed.

While we take reasonable care of all inventory, Twice Loved NJ is not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, accident, or handling.
